Mr. Tranfa has spent his 20 years in education focused on the success and achievement of students with disabilities. He began his career as an instructional assistant at a public day school in Prince William County before he began his teaching journey in Fairfax County. Mr. Tranfa has served the students, staff, and parents in FCPS as a special education teacher, assistant director of student activities, assistant principal, and as a school principal at Burke School and now as the proud principal of Quander Road School.
