Permit Test at Quander on May 23rd

Quander Road is offering an additional opportunity for students to take the Permit Test at Quander on May 23rd! 

You MUST register at both the FCPS ACE & DMB websites*

In order to register for the FCPS ACE course, you must first create an account. After you create the account, you can register and pay the $20 fee. Once you are registered and paid, go to the DMV website and register there. 

Please complete all registrations on or before May 21 because these portals will close on the 22nd. 

* If this is your child's 3rd attempt, then they cannot take this test at Quander. They must take the third attempt at the DMV.

This event is designed to provide students with disabilities seeking a standard or advanced diploma and their families an introduction to options available after high school.  Representatives from adult education, employment, and community programs (college, military, apprenticeship, trade school, gap year, and employment) will host information tables.

Driving Permit Test Available at Quander Road School

Students who are aged 15 and 6 months and older will have the opportunity to take the DMV Driving Permit Test here at the Quander Library on April 18th at 10:00 am.

There is a $20 fee to take this test. You must register your child with the FCPS ACE program as well as the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles.

Instructions and link to the DMV are available through the ACE website.  In order to register through the FCPS ACE website, you will need to create an account first. 

Mrs. Dove will also need to have a permission slip signed before a student can take the test.

During this virtual session, mathematics graduation requirements and how to support students in navigating the various course offerings currently available in FCPS will be discussed.

Students and their families may start thinking about what course pathways are available beginning in middle school. Join us to learn more.
